Trained and Certified by STOTT Pilates and Pilates PhyscialMind Institute.  I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor through Can-Fit-Pro.  Physical fitness has always been one of my great passions.  Keeping current is an important part of the industry and I am constantly taking courses and workshops to increase my knowledge and to provide my clients with exciting and new techniques and exercises.  Trained in Injury and Special Populations, I am dedicated to providing the right exercises for each individual to strengthen and prevent injury.
