Ellen Vriend

Ellen is a Trained and Certified Level 2 Mat and Reformer STOTT PILATES Instructor, trained in Injury and Special Populations.  Ellen has continued her Pilates education taking several workshops and courses including, Pilates on the Barrel and Stability Chair, Pre/Post Natal, Athletic Conditioning, Pilates for Golfers.  Ellen actively continues her education to increase her knowledge and provide her clients with new and exciting techniques and exercises. 

Ellen is a Certified Yoga Instructor through East to West Yoga, certified TRX Group Instructor, Can-Fit-Pro Personal Trainer and Nutrition and Wellness Specialist. 

Ellen opened her home studio in 2007 first offering group mat classes and has now expanded by offering group Stability Chair classes, TRX classes and Private and Semi-Private V2 Max Reformer sessions.
