Fundamentals
For those who are new to Pilates.  This is a beginner class covering the STOTT Pilates 5 Basic Principles in detail.  These 5 Principles are the foundation of the STOTT Pilates Method and are important to understand.   Participants will be challenged with beginner exercises with and without props.  Various props such as the Stabiltiy Ball, Flex-band, Roller, Fitness Circle and Toning Balls will sometimes be used to aid or challenge participants in various exercises.

Easy Flow
For those who have completed the beginner class and have a very good understanding of the 5 Basic Principles.  Participants will be familiar with the exercises and the class flows with ease.  Emphasis is put on proper form through imagery and proper cueing.  Props such as Fitness Circles, Stability Balls, BOSU, Toning Balls, Rollers,  and Flex-Bands are used to challenge and/or assist in various exercises.

Smooth Flow
For those who want a faster pace than the Easy Flow and are ready for a challenging workout at a smooth pace.   Intermediate exercises are introduced gradually and the intensity of the workout will progressively increase.   Props such as Fitness Circles, Stability Balls, BOSU, Toning Balls, Rollers, and Flex-Bands may be used to challenge or assist in various exercises.

Power Pilates
For those who have been practicing pilates regularly and are ready for the ultimate challenge. The flow of the class is smooth and quick. Advance exercises are introduced. Props such as Fitness Circles, Stabilty Balls, BOSU, Rollers, Toning Balls and Flex-Bands are used for challenging variations
. Participants will be encouraged to perform all exercises in neutral. Core stabilizers must be strong to endure this class.

Pilates Fusion
This
class you will get enjoy deep Yoga stretches and poses while incorporating Pilates stabilization principals and core engagement.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Standing Pilates
Balance and stability are important elements to being healthy.  These elements take strength, focus and control.  This class will help you improve your balance by performing classical standing Pilates exercises plus some of my originals, along with core work on the mat.

Body-Mind-Barre
You will be guided through a combination of Pilates, Yoga and Barre movements to strengthen you entire body.  This routine will lift your butt, give you long lean arms and abs and challenge your balance.

Ball/BOSU Blast
A full class working the Stability Ball and/or BOSU. Experience a little of everything, cardio, strengthening and flexibility. Working at your own level, become stronger and improve your balance. A class to benefit everyone.

Pilates On The TRX
Experience Pilates while using the TRX Suspension Trainer.  Challenge your stability and feel more muscle working as you flow through the class.

TRX Circuit Training 
Make your body the machine. Experience a full body workout including cardio using the TRX Suspension Trainer. These are timed exercises targeting all muscles while getting the heart rate up. A great cross-trianing alternative. All levels welcome.

TRX Body Blast
Make your body the machine.  Experience strengthening your upper body, lower body and core muscles using the TRX Suspension Trainer. The intensity of the repetitions constantly change to challenge your muscles to make you stonger. All levels welcome

ChairPlus
Only 4 participants per class so sign up quick. In this class you will be using the Stability Chair and other equipment such as Gliders, BOSU, Ball, etc.... to get the ultimate pilates workout. Focus is put on core stability, increasing heart rate and full body strengthening. Participants will be challenged physically and mentally.


Athletic Conditioning
If you want to challenge and strengthen the local and global stabilizers this class is for you.  Exercises will include strengthing upper body, lower body and core with Dumbbells, TRX Suspension Training,
Gliding Discs, BOSU and your own body weight while incorporating the pilates method of stabilization.  An excellent way to increase your strength, flexability and endurance in ever activity and sport. 

Equipment Training V2 Max Reformer
For those who want extra muscular challenge and a great cardiovascular workout the V2 Max Reformer sessions are for you.  With the unique pully system you will surely get one of the best overall workouts your have ever experienced.  With the use of the Jumpboard, your cardiovascular system will become stronger, and your quads will look long and lean.  With hundreds of different challenging exercises to master, the reformer will transform your body. 

The V2 Max Reformer transforms into a Cadillac offering the opportunity for more three-dimensional movements and facilitates exercises in sitting, standing or lying positions, promoting programming options for every fitness level and ability.

Stability Chair
Ideal for high-performance exercisers and athletes, fitness enthusiasts, as well as rehab clients, Stability Chair helps rebalance muscles and provides a full-body workout. It also facilitates those who need to stay in a seated or upright position.
