Pilates Postures offers high quality Pilates and Yoga classes. Practicing in a small intimate studio allows you to focus on your personal practice without competition. Small classes allows more personal instruction for those who need extra assistance or to bring your practice to the next level.
Pilates Postures is a home-based Pilates and Yoga Studio located in St. Catharines, Ontario, owned and operated by Ellen Vriend. I teach the high quality STOTT Pilates Method of intelligent exercise by offering Mat Classes for all levels, Stability Chair Classes and Private/Semi-Private Equipment Sessions. The mat classes have a maximum of 7 participants which allows me to give personal attention to each student. I teach because it is my passion. I want everyone to feel the difference Pilates can make in their lives.
Pilates Postures has added Yoga to the schedule. Yoga is the perfect compliment to Pilates. Practicing Pilates and Yoga along with a balanced cardio schedule equals the perfect fitness program. My Yoga classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students. Small classes allow me to provide hands on assistance to allow participants to deepen their pose and grow their yoga practice. I am 200hr RYT Certified through Yoga Alliance .
